First walk with my puppy

I walked my puppy yesterday .

It was first time .

She frightened when I brought her to the  path near my house.

However  after a few  minutes , she began to walk along with me .

My puppy will be a good friend of my walking .

    I hope the puppy will be motivation for your walking.
    On the other hand, I don't train in these days, because I afraid to faint during I'm walking. I have to go to hospital in order to check my body.
