A torn muscle


I had a torn muscle in my right hamstrings about 3 weeks ago.

Now I am gradually recovering from that .

Stretching muscles seems to be more important than strengthening muscles for me.

By the way, when the accident happened in our factory , our   company forced me conceal the

truth.

  1. When we climbed Mt.Yarigatake about 2 years ago, your leg was damaged. Is it same part ?
    I agree stretching muscles is important. But, strength is important, too. I think the balance is most important.
    As I don't train after climbing in North Alps, my body must be weak now. After I'll finish examination, I'll start to train.
