I have to sleep early .

I was  so tired that I could not go to anywhere except my berth to check my boat before the typhoon had approached.

Fortunately wind seemed to be not so strong  .

    I'm tired, too. But, mine is physical one. But, yours looks be mental one. So, I'm worrying about you.
    By the way, S.H will transfer to Houfu soon. He will stay alone there for a while.

    Actually my mental condition is getting worse.

    Last night I could sleep only for 2 hours.

    I know the reason why I could not sleep well.

    I could not take sleeping pills , because I had already spent necessary sleeping pills .

    I am very disappointed that I could not sleep well without sleeping pills.

    I have to accept that I am just only a chemical-molecular machine .

    I agree that we are just only a chemical-molecular machine. But, As they are too delicate machines, they often be broken easily. I often think I want to be more simple machine.
